City of Sheffield Swim Squad County Championships 2008
City of Sheffield swimmers Rebecca Turner, Braxton Timm, Alice Cordwell and Tegan Turner-Clark were all selected to represent Yorkshire at the asa’s National County Team Championships on Sunday 19th October at Ponds Forge. All four swimmers performed well, particularly Rebecca Turner who went 57.43 to take the Girls 16/17 years 100m Freestyle in the first event.
Yorkshire finished fourth in what was an exciting and extremely tough competition. A total of 20 teams competed.
