This was an absolutely awesome result, especially in the light of his recent major shoulder surgery ewhich forced him to miss the Olympics last year. Since that time James has spent almost a year in rehab but now has reaped the rewards for all the hard work he has put in to build up his fitness. Just to underline his return to form James also smashed his 100m Back pb too.
