City of Sheffield Swim Squad Harrogate Open 2010
Swimmers from JO1 and Age Group Nationals were competing in the Harrogate Open Age Group Meet over the weekend 30 & 31 January. There were some fantastic swims with plenty of medals won and plenty of PBs, all the hard training is paying off!! In total CoSSS won 15 Gold Medals, 13 Silver Medals and 7 Bronze Medals won. A special mention goes to Alex Lenthall (13) who won all but one of his races, winning 6 Gold. Cian Senior (11) had a great weekend too, winning 4 Gold, 3 Silver and a Bronze.
