City of Sheffield Swim Squad Yorkshire Age Groups 2009 Gala 1
City of Sheffield swimmers got off to a great start in the Age Group Yorkshire Championships on 20/21 February at Ponds Forge. In the first of three weekends of competition Elizabeth Brooke has become the 10 year old Yorkshire Champion in both 400 and 200Freestyle, well done Elizabeth! There were 6 silver medallists, 9 bronze medallists and 9 other finalists. The atmosphere and team spirit amongst the swimmers was brilliant – well done to you all!
