City of Sheffield Swim Squad Yorkshire Age Group Championships 2010
Weekend One of the 2010 British Gas Yorkshire Swimming Association Age Group Championships took place at Ponds Forge on 20th & 21st February. CoSSS swimmers had a great start to the Championships with four Yorkshire Champions, winning 5 Gold medals between them, and many more swimmers winning medals and pennants. Well done to Mollie Wood (12) for getting her National time in the 800m Freestyle. Special mentions too to Alex Watson (14) who had some great swims winning 2 Gold and a Silver, Alex Lenthall (13), who was our first Yorkshire Champion, he also had some fantastic swims and PBs to win a Gold and 3 Silver medals. There were loads of great swims – well done swimmers!!!
