It was always going to be tough to challenge City of Leeds A for top spot, as they have frequently been national championships in the league in recent past. Nonetheless, our A team swimmers put in some fantastic performances to come in second, just ahead of strong Borough of Kirklees.
A special mention should go to our battling B team too who has some great individual results during the meet.
Congratulations to City of Leeds as they progress now to the next round of the competition and also to all the other clubs competing.
Lastly, many thanks to all those volunteering on poolside without whom the meet would not be able to be run.
