Emily Longstone
Eleven year old Emily Longstone was the star of the show at the ASA National Age Group Championships 2010. She came away with two Championship titles, in the 100m & 200m Freestyle, and a Silver medal in the 400m Freestyle after five days of competing at Ponds Forge from 28 July – 1 August.

“They were so supportive,” said Emily of her Sheffield fans. “I could hear them all cheering me on and it made me want to go out there and do well. It’s my first year here and I wasn’t expecting a medal, I just wanted to get some good competition experience so I’m really pleased.”
