Becky is swimming the 4x100 free Team (28th July), 200 free (30th July) and 4x200 free Team (1st August)
Ellie is swimming the 1st 4x200 free Team (1st August) and the 800 free (2nd August)
The girls and Russ would like to thank everybody for their fantastic support and good luck messages, and will be trying their hardest to make everybody proud next week.
