The COSSS squads were at different stages of training; Senior Elite were just back training following the Olympic trials, JO1 are still in hard training, and it was a target meet for AGN. There were a number of big performances and PBs. Those COSSS swimmers who were in the first 3 positions in their respective age groups are listed below.
All galas require a large input from volunteers and this is particularly true for level 1 meets. Many thanks for all those who gave their time over the weekend; without them the meet would not take place.
